Mexican cuisine has been considered a world heritage since 2010, and it is time for you to take a Food Tour in Cancun to learn more about it.
Chef Andres graduated from Le Cordon Bleu and achieved Le Grande Diplome de Cuisine et de Patisserie has 14 years of experience working in diverse restaurants and food and beverage companies in Cancun and Mexico City. He will take you on a travel time through prehispanic and colonial cuisine, using ingredients and recipes from the past. He owns a cooking workshop and offers courses to encourage people to cook and use Mexican ingredients to keep culinary traditions alive. The cooking workshop is located at Cancun, Quintana Roo, 15 minutes away from hotels, and it is equipped with air-conditioning, a terrace, a boutique, a bathroom, and Wi-Fi. The class lasts five hours, and children under 12 years are not allowed.
The chef will start the Cancun cooking class by presenting you with some of the ingredients to be included in the cooking process and will continue preparing three meals: prehispanic, colonial, and contemporary food.
