Rules and restrictions
• All internet reservation will have a 5% cancellation fee.
• If cancellation is notified 24 hours before the service would be provided, the 5% cancellation fee also applies.
• 50% charge will be applied if cancellation is notified 12 hours prior service would be provided
• No refund will be applied if cancellation is notified at last minute or no show report all services are provided rain or shine, if tour operator cancel due to weather conditions 95% of the value for the service will be reimbursed.
• If for weather conditions you decline to take the service but this is running, you might be able to reschedule the trip but no cancellation is authorized and the 24 hours policy gets out of effect.
In the event of a refusal from Royal Resorts® to comply with the rights of the user regarding said personal information, it will notify them in a timely manner and using the same means by which the request was submitted.
Liability Release
Liability release I hereby declare, acknowledge and agree, the risk of injury involved in the hired activity, i knowingly and freely assume this risk known and unknown and assume full responsibility during my participation; that i am in good health and that i do not suffer from respiratory, heart or any other disease that hold me from doing this activity, that VIAJES THOMAS MOORE SA. DE C.V acts in quality of intermediary between the operator of this service and me, therefore, i release and hold it harmless of civil liability or any other that be originated from applicable law respect any accident, injury, partial or total disability, death, loss or damage that i may suffer on my person or property during this activity, including any member of its staff. This is to certify that it is parent/guardian with legal responsibility, for the minor that will practice the hired activity, do consent and agree to release of any liability "VIAJES THOMAS MOORE S.A DE C.V" and any members of its staff, within and under the terms of the last paragraph.
